Operations Supervisor

Job Description: • To coordinate with and support the rental agents to meet the customer needs and ensure smooth operations of the branches and counters of NCR

Responsibilities: Functional Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of branches. Ensure adequate resources wrt manpower, vehicles, infrastructure etc are planned and provided to meet the business needs.
• Control the fleet movement activity and allocate the vehicles to the branches based on the requirement.
• Check the rental agreements received from the branches, ensure all the relevant documentation is completed and forwarded to the a/cs department.
• Monitor the service requirements of the vehicle and liaise with the maintenance department for service and maintenance.
• Coordinate with the rental agents to ensure all prior reservations are carried out.
• Monitor monthly rentals and arrange for payments from the ac/s department.
• Resolve customer grievances and manage their expectations within the company’s parameters.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales activity, vehicle utilization, maintenance status of the fleet , with recommendation to meet the business requirements

People Management Roles and Responsibilities

• Guide and motivate subordinates to enhance performance and produce quality work, and ensure that they are continuously developed for higher level roles

Qualifications: Education/Certification and Continued Education

• Degree in any discipline
• 5 to 7 years experience in a Car rental environment.
