Operations Supervisor

Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee nightly security activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring team members throughout their shift and assisting with admin tasks such as roster writing, and compliance checking. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong leadership skills and a solid background in security to operational excellence.

Location

• Chipping Warden
• You will also be required to provide cover on nearby sites from time to time
• You may be required to undertake site visits when neccessary

Working Hours

• 6pm to 6am
• 4 on 4 off rolling roster
• 19.6 days annual leave per year

Responsibilities

• Supervise nightly security operations and assist with any issues which may arise.
• Ensuring team members book on and off at the correct times.
• Ensuring team members carry out hourly check calls at the correct times.
• Ensuring team members undertake adequate patrols whilst on shift.
• Roster writing
• Communicating with suppliers to ensure there are no gaps in service
• Communicating with clients in a professional manner when issues occur
• Various admin tasks to support operations - such as adding new workers to our system and checking their compliance documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £14.00-£15.00 per hour
