Operations Supervisor (Night-shift)

What You'll Be Doing

1. Oversee and manage the complete night-shift warehouse workflow, ensuring smooth operations in inventory receiving, automated/manual picking, packing, and sorting
2. Lead, motivate, and deploy a team of warehouse operators; optimize manpower allocation to handle sudden workload surges
3. Monitor night-shift KPIs (e.g., picking accuracy, throughput velocity, order fulfillment rate) and maintain operational dashboards for management review
4. Prepare night-shift operational logs, discrepancy reports, hand-over checklists, and administrative documentations for the morning shift

What We're Looking For

1. Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or relevant disciplines,
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse/DC operations, with at least 3 years of solid supervisory experience, preferably leading frontline workers in a fast-paced environment (e.g., Cold Chain, FMCG, Express, or 3PL)
3. Strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving mindset; with ability to work independently under tight operational schedules in the night
4. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
5. Committed to a fixed night-shift schedule or rostered shift work

(Candidate with less experience would be considered as Assistant Supervisor)
