Role Description The Operations Supervisor - Search Engine Optimization | Eastwood is a full-time, on-site role based in Quezon City. This position oversees daily SEO operations, including monitoring performance metrics, coordinating workflow, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and digital strategies. The role involves supervising and coaching team members, reviewing process compliance, and optimizing operational procedures to improve search visibility and efficiency. The Operations Supervisor collaborates with cross-functional teams, prepares regular reports, analyzes operational data, and implements continuous improvement initiatives to support high-quality, sustainable SEO outcomes.

• Candidates should possess Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee processes, resources, and workflow efficiency.
• Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend operational and SEO improvements.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for clear reporting, stakeholder coordination, and team guidance.
• Experience in SEO operations, digital marketing, or related fields is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Proficiency in SEO tools and basic understanding of search engine algorithms and best practices is an advantage.
