Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead and manage a team supporting a T-Mobile account. The ideal candidate has a strong BPO/Telco background, proven people-management experience, and the ability to drive operational performance in a fast-paced customer service environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of customer service representatives.
• Monitor team performance against productivity, quality, attendance, and service-level targets.
• Conduct coaching sessions, performance reviews, and action plans.
• Ensure consistent compliance with client and company policies.
• Analyze team performance and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Handle escalations and support agents with complex customer concerns.
• Drive employee engagement, attendance, and retention initiatives.
• Prepare and communicate operational reports and performance updates.
• Collaborate with support teams to resolve operational issues.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and account performance.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• BPO experience is required.
• Telco experience is required.
• At least 6 months of leadership/supervisory experience in a BPO/Telco environment.
• Proven experience managing a team of agents/customer service representatives.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati City (Alphaland).
• Willing to work a graveyard shift.
• Must be amenable to the ₱35,000–₱45,000 salary range..

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php45,000.00 per month
