Operations Support - 2nd Shift

As part of our Operations Support team, you'll be at the heart of our daily operations—managing loads, tracking shipments, and delivering top-tier customer service. But this isn’t just a role; it’s your opportunity to make an impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This position will work the hours of 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM with NO WEEKENDS!

What Will You Do? Manage loads and shipments

Schedule required appointments

Track and trace all loads

Ensure on-time pickup and delivery

Build relationships with carriers

Maintain updated and current records of accounts through TMS

Collaborate with your team to solve problems

Bring to Work Everyday Positive attitude

Drive to win

MS Office, Windows, and basic business software knowledge

Desire to thrive in a fast-paced work environment

Open and honest professional communication abilities
