Operations Support & Documents Control

• Support Operations administrative tasks, and identify area of improvement.
• With CBO, work on deployment of new projects, and refinement of existing projects.
• Work to educate, promote and analyse inventory within the operations and supporting operations team in store resources/equipment,
• Maintenance of reports and files including detailed Excel reporting, and controlling the update and distribution of the documents.
• Project manage medium to large scale events.
• Providing regular reports and updates on leasing performance, team progress, and strategy.

Job Requirement

• Minimum education: Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business Administration/Public Relation/Marketing or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience as Sales/Secretary/PA/Business Development/FDA/CS.
• Strong in Microsoft Office, good communication and coordination skill.
