Operations Support Associate (Banking)

Job Summary

• Salary: Up to $4,500 per month
• Working Location: Changi Business Park (Near Eunos)
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm
• Contract Period: 1 September 2026 – 31 January 2027 (Extendable and convertable)

Job Description

• Support trade capture management and trade documentation
• Assist with derivative trade lifecycle management
• Provide analytical and administrative support for derivatives and securities transactions
• Perform checks and follow up on discrepancies or unusual trade positions
• Ensure adherence to audit and control policies
• Handle client and business-related queries and escalate issues when required
• Support team operations during peak periods
• Assist with onboarding and training of new team members
• Work with Technology teams to resolve production issues
• Participate in UAT testing and review test cases and test evidence

Requirements

• Degree in a relevant discipline without relavent experience are welcome to apply

• Candidates with experience in banking, financial services, operations or a corporate environment will be advantageous

• Comfortable working with numerical tasks and transactions

• Good teamwork and communication skills

• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
