Operations Support Associate (Finance Assistant)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or any related field.
• At least one (1) year of experience in an administrative role.
• Experience in finance or accounting administration is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, communication, and task management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including the use of formulas, data validation, and basic data analysis functions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the monitoring and coordination of daily administrative and operational activities.
• Prepare, consolidate, and maintain reports and records, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Perform data encoding, verification, and data management tasks.
• Assist in monitoring and resolving data discrepancies and ensuring data accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
