Operations Support Center Generalist

Qualis LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Support Generalist to join our dynamic team. This multifaceted role provides essential operational support, with cross-training in User Services, Secure Media Services, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong aptitude for learning technical processes, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth operational workflows.

Required Qualifications

• Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with basic computer hardware, software applications, and navigation.
• Security Awareness: Understanding security protocols and ability to adhere to regulations.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with users, explain processes, and convey information clearly and professionally.
• Attention to Detail: The capacity to record data, verify information, and maintain accurate documentation, crucial for maintaining security and operational integrity.
• Commitment to Following Procedures: The ability to meticulously follow step-by-step instructions and protocols to ensure accuracy and security.
• Data Entry: Proficiency in accurately and efficiently entering data into computer systems.
• Problem Solving: Capacity to understand and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Time Management: Capability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Adaptability: The ability to switch gears from one assignment to the next, and to learn new procedures quickly.
• Experience: 0–8 years related work experience

Desired Qualifications

• Security+ certification.
• Ability to read and process System Authorization Access Request (SAARs/DD-2875) forms.
• Experience in managing RSA SecurID.
• Advanced proficiency in burning media to disks.
• Previous experience in a government or security-conscious environment.
• Knowledge of media handling and knowledge of how to track media transfers.
• Advanced proficiency in using ticketing systems.
• Analytical skills to assess the scope and priority of issues.
• Previous experience in user account administration.

Clearance Level:

• Able to obtain a Secret clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
