Operations support

About the role

M&S Logistics (TH) Co.,Ltd. is seeking an Operations Support professional to join our team in the Bangkok Metropolitan Region on a full-time basis. This role is crucial to the smooth functioning of our operations team in the Asia region. You will provide essential operational support to ensure efficiency and productivity, helping to maintain the high standards our clients expectation. This position offers the opportunity to work at the heart of our company's operations, contributing directly to the success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Job creation in system.
• Update shipment details / inventory in system.
• Add charges into system.
• Booking space with carrier as per customer’s preferred shipment date.
• Preparation of various shipping documents, e.g. HBL, MBL, SI, VGM
• Timely communication of operational status to relevant stakeholders.
• Communicating with, shipping lines, customers and other M&S offices.
• Support operation team in coordination with customer and vendors
• Coordinating and scheduling shipping of bulk liquid products with vessel operators.
• Preparation of import/export invoices and issuance of tax receipt for customers.
• Verify supplier invoices.

What we're looking for

• Good command of communication skills in English and Thai, both written and verbal
• Ability to speak other languages like Mandarin, Korean, Japanese will be advantageous
• Some years of experience in the Isotank industry will be advantageous.
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing operational needs
• Good team player
