Operations Support

Booth Transport is a market leader in the provision of bulk haulage and has been since 1935. As a National Transport Company, we provide high quality innovative and professional transport and warehouse solutions.

We currently have an opening in an Operations Support role based at our new Gracemere depot.

Reporting to the Operations Team, this role will suit a focused individual who prides themselves on their accuracy, attention to detail and efficiency.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to;

• Data entry and work flow development
• Assist with the planning and scheduling of deliveries
• Liaising with internal staff including drivers and Admin/Operations personnel
• Customer service
• Assisting other team members and departments as required

The successful applicant will possess the following skills;

• Demonstrated excellence in customer service
• Excellent administrative abilities including Microsoft products
• Ability to plan, prioritise and multi-task
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Reliable, flexible and team orientated

Experience in similar role within the transport industry will be advantageous
