Operations Support Coordinator

We are looking to add an Operations Support Coordinator to our team based at our Aberdeen location.

The Operations Support Coordinatoris responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following:

• Assist in the processing of Accounts Payable invoices as directed in a timely manner, resolve any queries that may arise.
• Assist Accounts Department with client queries.
• Assist in the processing of Sales Invoices for various clients as per requirements and assume control of accounts allocated.
• Obtain client Purchase Orders if required and match correctly.
• Co-ordinate client specific Periodic invoicing as directed.
• Provide administrative support to all departments as requested.
• Generate & maintain client specific reports using excel as requested.
• Support the Operations Support Manager in successful conclusion of financial month end.
• Provide support to other Operations Support team members when own workload is completed.

The successful candidate will have

· Excellent communication & Organisational skills

· Strong Administration Skills especially in MS office suite

· Previous experience in a customer facing role

· Displays a positive attitude
