ABOUT THE ROLE
Pavilion Design Consultant is hiring an Operations Support Executive for one of its subsidiaries operating in the construction industry.
This is a senior-support role that works directly alongside the CEO and the Head of Department for Sales, Marketing, and Business Development. You will be the operational right-hand to leadership across the entire commercial function.
The position is deliberately broad. You will act as an extra set of eyes across our sales, marketing, and BD operations, keeping track of the moving parts, flagging what needs attention early, and reporting back with clarity. At the same time, you will take ownership of the raw, everyday, and repetitive work so that senior leadership stays focused on strategy and growth.
This is not a narrow, single-lane job. It is built for a professional who wants to be close to the action, is trusted with responsibilities that matter, and is ready to move across tasks and roles as the business requires.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Your specific tasks and day-to-day responsibilities will be defined and handed over during your initial training. What we need from you from day one is the mindset and readiness to take on any task, any role, and whatever the department requires.
At a scope level, the role covers:
Operational oversight (our eyes on the ground)
- Act as leadership's operational eyes across Sales, Marketing, and BD, tracking progress and surfacing delays, gaps, and risks before they become problems.
- Maintain trackers, reports, and reporting rhythms so leadership always has an accurate, current picture.
- Prepare briefs, meeting notes, and follow-up trackers, and chase open items through to completion.
Sales, marketing, and BD support
- Support the sales, marketing, and business development teams with coordination, research, tracking, and follow-up.
- Compile activity and performance data into clear, useful summaries for leadership.
- Keep processes moving across teams so nothing stalls.
Efficiency and AI
- Use AI tools to speed up research, drafting, reporting, and data work, and to remove manual effort wherever possible.
- Bring structure to recurring processes and suggest practical improvements over time.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
In your first 60 days, you will have learned our commercial workflows, taken ownership of the core trackers and reporting, and started giving leadership a reliable, proactive read on what is happening across Sales, Marketing, and BD, without needing to be asked.
WHAT WE REQUIRE (MUST-HAVES)
We hire on attitude and capability, not years on a CV. Long experience is not required. A professional attitude and the qualities below are what we will not compromise on.
- A completed four-year bachelor's degree is mandatory. This is a firm requirement, not a preference.
- Genuine familiarity with AI tools and the ability to apply them to real work. You should already use AI in your day-to-day and be able to show how.
- Proven multitasking ability. You can manage several workstreams and shifting priorities at once without dropping details.
- Comfortable working in any kind of environment, open to learning, quick to get involved, and eager to adapt to whatever the day requires.
- Open to a multi-role, multilingual setting. You are comfortable operating in more than one language and adjusting to whatever a task needs.
- Familiarity with the local market, along with awareness of and openness to foreign and global markets. Open-minded by default.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with the maturity and professional presence to represent the company to senior stakeholders and clients.
- Professional appearance and presentation. You are well-groomed, well-presented, and mindful of how you carry yourself. You look the part when representing the company to senior executives and clients, both in person and on video calls.
- Some experience in a lead, coordination, or senior-support role is a plus, though long experience is not required. A genuine understanding of what responsibility and working under leadership involve matters more.
- The confidence and credibility to work directly with top executives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You can take information, make sense of it, and turn it into something useful.
- A genuine willingness to work beyond your comfort zone, and to treat unfamiliar tasks as a chance to grow.
- Availability for a night shift aligned to US business hours, with the discipline to perform reliably on that schedule.
THE PROFESSIONAL MATURITY WE REQUIRE (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
This role sits close to leadership and carries real weight. Beyond skills, we need a professional who understands the following clearly and lives by it:
- Coachable and self-aware. You take direction, feedback, and correction as a normal part of the job and act on it, keeping the focus on the work rather than on personal pride.
- Respect for reporting and structure. You understand why reporting lines exist and you work within them. You know how to take instruction from leadership and carry it out without friction.
- Respect for seniority and the importance of the role. You understand the responsibility that senior roles carry, and you appreciate why that structure matters to the business.
- Ownership of responsibility and liability. You understand that the work carries real importance and real liability, and you treat it with the seriousness and care it deserves.
- Present when it is the need of the hour. When the situation demands it, you step up, put in the effort, and are there. You understand that some moments call for more, and you meet them.
If you carry these values naturally, you will do well here, and you will grow fast. If you do not, this is not the right role for you.
PREFERRED (NICE-TO-HAVE)
- Prior experience in sales operations, marketing operations, RevOps, business development, or executive support.
- Exposure to a US-facing or international business environment.
- Experience within the construction, real estate, or B2B services space.
WHO THRIVES HERE
The right person for this role is mature, proactive, and reliable under pressure. They are genuinely curious about AI and technology, comfortable being stretched, and driven by detail, because in this role, tracking the small things correctly is the whole point. If you want a quiet, single-lane job, this is not it. If you want to be close to the action, trusted with real responsibility, and grow fast, this is exactly it.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Starting salary of PKR 65,000 to 95,000/month, based on your experience and interview performance. Your starting figure reflects what you bring in on day one.
- Performance-based appraisals and bonuses. Your salary grows with your results. We review and raise pay based on how you perform, how fast you learn, and how quickly you adapt to our systems and take ownership of your duties.
- A front-row seat to the business. You'll work close to our commercial B2B sales operations and get real exposure across multiple startups and businesses we run, the kind of visibility most roles never give you.
- Learning and skill development support. We invest in people who want to grow. You'll be backed with the guidance, tools, and mentorship to level up fast.
- Flexibility that grows with trust. Flexible working hours, travel allowance, and the opportunity to move to a hybrid setup over time as you settle in.
- A clear path forward. A defined route to promotion, paid leaves, and, for those who prove themselves, the chance to join the core team, with Provident Fund benefits added to your package as you become part of the inner circle.
- On-site role at our office in Phase 3, DHA, Lahore, working directly with the team.
The salary range above is where we start. We can show some flexibility for the right person, and where we can't stretch on, we make it up in other ways: real benefits and facilitation that make the role worth your while. Prove you're the right fit and we'll work with you.
HOW TO APPLY
This first stage is your initial interview. Rather than a standard form, we ask for three things: your CV, a detailed cover letter, and a short video. Together they show us who you are, how you think, and how you present. Candidates who pass this stage move directly to the next round.
1. Your CV.
2. A detailed cover letter. This is where you make your case. Please cover:
- Your understanding of this role and what you believe it truly involves.
- Why you are a strong fit and why you should be considered.
- What you would bring to it, and any experience in a lead or senior-support capacity.
- What you want from your next role and the next few years, and why this specific position fits that. Be specific about the connection, not general.
- A time you received critical feedback from a senior leader and how you responded.
- How you use AI in your work, and how you will stay reliable on a night shift aligned to US hours.
3. A 90-second video. Aim for 90 seconds. A few seconds over or under is fine (roughly 85 to 95 seconds), but do not come in noticeably shorter or longer. Recorded on your phone or laptop is completely fine.
This is not a spoken version of your CV. Do not read it out or repeat what you have already written. Part of what we are assessing is whether you understand why a role like this asks for a video at all, and whether you can use 90 seconds to make a genuine case for yourself. Work out what belongs in it, and give us something that earns you a place in the next round.
Pavilion Design Consultant is an equal-opportunity employer. We hire on merit, capability, and fit.
