Operations Support Lead

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Operations Support Lead to oversee daily operations, coordinate internal teams, streamline processes, and ensure smooth, efficient business operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and operations management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day operational activities.
• Monitor operational processes and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Lead and support team members to achieve operational objectives.
• Coordinate between different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Develop and implement efficient operational procedures and processes.
• Monitor performance, productivity, and operational KPIs.
• Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, records, and documentation.
• Support management in planning and implementing operational strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders when required.
• Handle operational escalations and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
• Support other operational and administrative activities as assigned.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
