Operations Support Officer

Working hours :  from 9:30 to 18:30 with 1.5 lunch hours ( Mon – Fri )

Responsibilities

• Provide daily phone support and handle enquiries from banks and brokerage firms.
• Perform daily operational tasks and system monitoring to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle ongoing system maintenance and provide client operation support.
• Follow up on production issues, including root cause analysis and implementation of remedial and corrective actions.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
• Shift work may be required depending on operational needs.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related disciplines is preferred.

• Experience in banking or financial operation/system support has preferable advantage.

• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive working attitude with a strong willingness to learn industry knowledge and achieve results.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with professional telephone manner and responsiveness to client enquiries.

• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

• Fresh graduate is also considered.
