OPERATIONS SUPPORT OFFICER
Roermond (NL), 28-32 hours

As our Operations Support Officer, you are the one who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes in our operations team.

MAIN TASKS:
· Process purchase and sales orders from start to finish
· Manage supply chain administration, including document verification and processing · Ensure the efficient flow of our supply chain
· Communication towards suppliers and customers with regards to orders (always in close communication and agreement with the Purchase, Sales team and Head of Operations)
· Act as the first point of contact for our logistics team concerning incoming and outgoing orders

THIS IS YOU
You support your colleagues and jump in where any of the other departments need your collaboration. You highly value accuracy, which is shown in your work and how you handle things with quality and structure. Days can get hectic: you are able to remain calm and prioritise, with the help of the team.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
· You bring administrative experience to the table, but we are also open for graduates, who have just finished their administrative education
· You are fluent in English, both spoken and written
· Your Excel skills are excellent
· Familiarity with Word, Outlook, and Exact is a plus
· Experience with iMac/Macbook is welcomed, but not mandatory
