What you will do:

• Provide management, logistical, and administrative support for Field Services organization.

• Monitor and report on the operational performance.

-Manage vendor support

-Administrative task

• Manage the billing.

• Ensure adherence to operational processes and promote continual service improvement.

• Provide cost quotations for new pre-sales or add-on sales opportunities.

• Ensure local compliance .

The skills you bring:

SAP, Oracle, PRISM, Netpro, IAM, Joget, SIGN, ADOBE, EASI tool knowledge
Experience into administrative role
Able to manage billing and recovery of it.
Vendor Management.
Business and operations support
Min 5 years of experience into operations support and knowledge on above mentioned tools.
