This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same — you’ll be the go-to person for real-time support, stepping in with quick solutions when disruptions arise, especially during weekends and early mornings. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support for travellers while they are in New Zealand
• Solve disruptions quickly (flight delays, weather, supplier issues).
• Communicate clearly with advisors & clients.
• Coordinate rebooking's and work with suppliers.

Skills & Experience:

• 3-5+ years’ experience in travel operations (inbound/DMC preferred).
• Calm, confident problem-solver with clear communication.
• Excellent knowledge of New Zealand.
• Comfortable working remotely.

Hours of Work:

• Friday to Tuesday OR Saturday to Wednesday - 6am-2pm NZ time
