- Support Clinical Teams: Act as a trusted point of contact for operational and system-related queries, helping our audiologists and clinics deliver exceptional patient experiences without disruption.
- Improve Processes & Efficiency: Review, refine, and enhance operational workflows, identifying opportunities to simplify processes, automate tasks, and improve business performance.
- Training & Development: Provide training and guidance to new and existing team members on internal systems, processes, and best practice, helping to drive consistency across the business.
- Technology & Innovation: Research and evaluate new technologies and platforms that could enhance operational capability and support the continued growth of Amplify Hearing.
- Champion Operational Excellence: Work closely with the Head of Operations and wider business teams to support and monitor the effectiveness of change initiatives, and lead by example to foster a positive, collaborative culture.
