About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Analyst to join our team in Spain.

In this role, you will combine operational support, data analysis, fleet management and process improvement , working closely with Operations, Finance, IT, suppliers and other key stakeholders.

What you’ll do

• Support day-to-day fleet management , including leasing, maintenance, incidents and documentation.
• Monitor invoicing, budgets and operational costs , helping identify deviations and improvement opportunities.
• Participate in the implementation and improvement of systems and digital tools , from requirements and testing to validation and user support.
• Prepare and maintain reports, KPIs and operational data to support decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, data quality, traceability and user experience .
• Coordinate incidents and collaborate with different teams to drive solutions.

What we’re looking for

• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data.
• Familiarity with Power BI .
• Basic knowledge of SQL or experience working with structured data/databases.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• B1-B2 English .
• Experience in logistics, transportation, fleet management, systems implementation or process improvement will be highly valued.
