What they need
Who We Are
In an increasingly complex world where people are starving for someone they can trust, we stand for something simple: always put the client first. We do well by doing good for those we serve. It’s the ultimate measure. We believe in providing value beyond a doubt and in the notion that time will either expose you or promote you, based on your willingness to embrace change.
We serve financial advisors and investors through three entities, each headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska: Carson Wealth, Carson Coaching and Carson Partners. We provide coaching and partnership services to advisor firms – and straightforward financial advice to the investing public. We all share a common mission to be the most trusted in financial advice.
Who We Want
Support accurate and timely client account opening and maintenance while providing responsive service to advisors and relationship managers. Coordinate with custodians and service partners to resolve account needs, maintain procedures, and improve operational processes. Provide guidance to less experienced team members and manage competing priorities with accuracy and professionalism.
Essential Functions:
- Account Opening & Maintenance: Process new account applications and account maintenance requests. Review documentation for accuracy and completeness, determine required actions, and follow through to completion.
- Service & Coordination: Serve as a primary contact for custodians and coordinate with advisors, relationship managers, and client service partners to address account needs. Research and resolve issues, communicate progress, and assist with annual client review materials.
- Procedures & Process Improvement: Develop and maintain written procedures. Support projects and identify opportunities to improve workflows, accuracy, and service delivery.
- Team Support & Development: Assist less experienced team members with processing questions and troubleshooting. Participate in training and share knowledge to promote consistent practices.
- Compliance & Quality: Follow company policies, supervisory guidelines, and industry requirements. Maintain accurate records and protect confidential client information.
- Other Duties: Perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives.
