Operations Support Supervisor

Purpose A cross-trained supervisor who provides coverage for Shift Supervisor, Customer Concierge, and Office Admin, and can independently manage operations when required.

Main Responsibilities:

• Cover Shift Supervisor – 2 days/week

• Cover Customer Concierge – 2 days/week

• Cover Office Admin – 1 day/week

• Handle special projects / operational support – 1 day/week

• Delegate tasks and manage team priorities.

• Handle routine operational and customer issues independently.

• Make operational decisions with the same authority as the Shift Supervisor when covering the SS role.

• Escalate major or sensitive issues to the Senior Operations Manager.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Good time management and prioritization.

• Able to work independently and take ownership.

• Cross-trained across operations, customer service, and administration.
