Operations Support -Sustainable

To manage audit scheduling, client coordination, and operational support activities to ensure the effective delivery of certification services and compliance with accreditation and company requirements.

• Coordinate with clients and auditors for scheduling audits, ensuring timely confirmation of audit arrangements.
• Ensure all required documentation is submitted by client, and coordinate with auditor to review and get audit plan available to send to client prior to audit date.
• Prepare and distribute audit packages to auditors on a weekly basis, including auditor logistics arrangement where necessary (accommodation, flight bookings, van rental, client pickup arrangements)
• Monitor of receiving completed audit report package from auditor for further process of Request for Certification, and send Certification package to client once after approval.
• Maintain and control certification records and documents
• Prepare surveillance audit quotations for existing clients and coordinate with client to get PO where necessary.
• Generate charge lines for invoicing, Proof draft invoices of audit service fees.
• Liaise with auditors, technical reviewers, and technical officers to address technical issues related to audit reports and certification decisions.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide timely support regarding certification processes and service requirements.

Support for others operational activities or any special assignments as delegated by Team Leader.
