About the role

CJ Logistics (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is seeking an Operations Systems Manager (CDC Wangnoi) to join our team in a full-time capacity at our Distribution Centre in Wangnoi, Ayutthaya. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for overseeing the systems and infrastructure that support our distribution centre operations. You will play a crucial part in ensuring that our logistics network runs smoothly and efficiently through effective systems management, technical support, and operational oversight. This position reports to senior management and is integral to maintaining the reliability, security, and performance of our operational technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all operational systems and network infrastructure at the Wangnoi Distribution Centre, ensuring continuous uptime and optimal performance
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency and throughput
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networking equipment, and related hardware used in distribution centre operations
• Provide technical support to operations staff and troubleshoot system-related issues in a timely manner to minimise disruption to business activities
• Develop and maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and disaster recovery protocols
• Coordinate with IT teams and external vendors to ensure systems remain current, secure, and compliant with company standards
• Plan and implement system upgrades, patches, and security updates whilst minimising impact on operations
• Monitor and manage access controls, user permissions, and security protocols to protect operational data and systems
• Conduct regular system audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and cost optimisation
• Provide training and support to operations teams on system usage and best practices

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in systems administration, network management, or operations technology within a logistics, distribution, or similar industrial environment
• Strong technical knowledge of server management, network administration, and systems architecture
• Experience with monitoring and managing distribution centre or warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across multiple systems and platforms
• Knowledge of IT security best practices, including access control, data protection, and compliance requirements
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to urgent issues
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical staff
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Professional certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator are desirable
• Fluency in English and Thai is essential; proficiency in other languages is advantageous
• Availability to work shift schedules or on-call support as required by operational needs
