Manage day-to-day operations and team performance

Monitor KPIs, SLAs, quality, and process adherence
Conduct team huddles, coaching, and performance reviews
Required Candidate profile
Minimum 1 year experience as Team Lead / Assistant Manager
In International Backoffice / Operations preferred
Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
knowledge of MS Excel & Reporting
