Operations Team Lead

Job Summary

The Operations Team Lead is responsible for supervising day-to-day field and operational activities, ensuring that assigned teams meet performance, quality, and safety standards. The role acts as the primary link between frontline personnel and management, coordinating manpower deployment, monitoring task execution, and resolving operational issues to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate the daily activities of the operations team to ensure targets and deadlines are met.
• Assign tasks, monitor workloads, and ensure proper deployment of personnel and resources across assigned sites or areas.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching, feedback, and on-the-job training to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and client requirements at all times.
• Conduct regular site visits or field inspections to check on operations, address concerns, and verify adherence to standards.
• Prepare and submit accurate operational reports, attendance records, and performance updates to management.
• Identify operational issues or bottlenecks and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Act as the first point of contact for team concerns, escalating issues to management when necessary.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and employees across assigned coverage areas.
• Delegate and oversee tasks assigned to Field Area Supervisors under direct supervision, ensuring proper follow-through and accountability.
• Attend business reviews and prepare corresponding reports and presentations.
• Ensure smooth coordination between Operations and other departments (HR, Admin, Logistics, etc.).
• Consolidate Daily Time Records (DTR) of the team for payroll processing.
• Address and resolve client concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct exit interviews for outgoing team members.
• Support client retention efforts and work to improve and strengthen client relationships.
• Professionally handle and resolve employee concerns and grievances.
• Manage the supply, issuance, and monitoring of employee uniforms.
• Assist in onboarding and orientation of new team members.
• Perform other operations-related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
• At least 2-3 years of experience in operations, field supervision, or a team lead role.
• Experience in manpower or workforce deployment is an advantage.
• Willing to travel or be assigned to different sites as required by operations.

• Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office / Google Workspace) and reporting tools.

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
