Operations Team Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of customer service representatives to achieve operational excellence in call center operations.
• Manage daily activities, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring, to ensure high levels of productivity and quality.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce shrinkage and attrition rates through effective team handling techniques.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve overall process efficiency.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and quality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO or call center environment as a Team Leader or similar role.
• Proven track record in managing teams effectively, focusing on attrition control and shrinkage reduction.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in team leading, handling, management, supervision, and BPO is desirable.
• Ability to develop and implement strategies to reduce shrinkage and attrition rates.
• 5 Days working,
