About the Role

As a Floor Operations Supervisor, you will lead high-performing teams within a fast-paced automated warehouse environment. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring strict safety compliance, and optimizing system performance to meet key contractual outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and lead a diverse team to ensure consistent productivity and adherence to operational goals.
• Drive continuous improvement by executing standard operating procedures and adapting workflows to changing business demands.
• Foster a culture of safety by maintaining rigorous compliance with OSHA standards and internal safety protocols.
• Analyze system performance data and KPI trends to proactively identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Facilitate professional development through regular coaching, performance evaluations, and goal setting to boost team retention.
• Maintain clear communication channels with stakeholders and leadership to align on project objectives and performance metrics.
• Conduct thorough incident investigations and document findings with precision and professional discretion.

Qualifications

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within an industrial setting.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data reporting tools.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and negotiate effectively.
• Physical capability to work in varied temperatures (32°F to 105°F) and at heights up to 45 feet.
• Ability to lift up to 60lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout a 10-12 hour shift.
