Eligibility & Requirements

• Any Graduate
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Lead (designation on papers is mandatory)
• Mandatory experience in the US Healthcare domain
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong knowledge of US Healthcare processes
• Proven experience in team handling and people management
• Good understanding of KPI, KRA, SLA, Attrition, Shrinkage, and Process Transition
• Willingness to work from office in night shifts, including rotational/night schedules
