Operations Team Leader

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily logistics operations including inventory management, transportation, warehousing, and distribution to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers
• Manage and coordinate staff by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, providing training, and offering feedback to maintain productivity and quality standards
• Optimize operational processes by implementing procedural improvements, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• A Graduate of any 4-year course, related to Logistics or equivalent
• Can drive and with drivers license
• Authoritative and can lead people in the Logistics Department
• Ability to implement policies and work flow process
• Trustworthy and ability to build connections with all the employees in the organization
