Operations Team Leader

• Lead and supervise the operations team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
• Provide clear direction, guidance, and support to team members in their daily responsibilities.
• Monitor team productivity, attendance, quality, and overall performance.
• Conduct regular team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance discussions.
• Motivate team members and promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment.
• Identify performance gaps and provide appropriate coaching and corrective action.
• Ensure that team members follow company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Monitor daily workflow and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Handle team concerns, operational issues, and escalations and coordinate with management when necessary.
• Identify process issues and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve operational concerns and maintain smooth business operations.
• Support management in implementing new processes, projects, and company initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations.

Pay: From Php23,110.32 per month
