Job Title: Operations Team Leader

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Operations Team Leader to oversee daily logistics and courier operations. In this role, you will manage dispatch workflows, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and lead a team to ensure fast, accurate, and safe parcel delivery.

• Salary: 3,000 SAR ( increasing to 3,500 SAR after successfully passing the probation period)
• Location Flexibility: Must be willing to accept operational transfers as required (currently onboarding for Al-Hafuf).

Key Responsibilities

• Route & Dispatch Management: Plan daily delivery routes, assign specific districts to couriers, and verify outgoing shipment scans prior to dispatch.
• Team Briefings & Timelines: Lead morning operational briefings to ensure teams are aligned and dispatch leaves on schedule.
• Warehouse & Inventory Control: Oversee the receiving, scanning, and proper shelving of incoming parcels within the system.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor delivery KPIs closely, identify operational gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Issue Resolution: Handle exception shipments, customer escalations, and delivery bottlenecks efficiently.
• Compliance & Coaching: Enforce safety protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), while actively coaching and evaluating team members.
• Reporting: Prepare and analyze daily and weekly operations reports using Excel.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Language Proficiency: Fluent speaker in Arabic, Urdu, and English.
• Geographical Knowledge: Strong familiarity with regional areas, cities, and local districts.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel for tracking reports and managing KPIs.
• Core Competencies: Strong leadership, effective communication, team motivation, and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Mobility: Flexibility to accept transfers to other cities based on operational needs.

Pay: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼3,500.00 per month
