Qualifications

• Excellent Customer Service abilities, with experience in handling escalations and delivering consistent, user-focused support.
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and identify opportunities to optimize eCommerce operations.
• Sales-oriented mindset, with experience in upselling, cross-selling, or supporting revenue-generating initiatives in an eCommerce environment.
• Background in eCommerce, CX operations, or contact center leadership is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, ticketing systems, and basic reporting platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Pasig, with flexibility to support shifting schedules if required.
