We're Hiring: Content Moderation Team Leader! 🚀

Are you an experienced leader in the BPO space with a background in Content Moderation ? We are looking for a high-performing Team Leader to drive operational excellence, coach top talent, and manage day-to-day team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Coaching: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of Content Moderation CSRs. Conduct regular performance reviews, 1-on-1 feedback, and floor monitoring to help agents meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly metrics.
• Operations & Escalations: Oversee real-time shift activities, handle complex escalations, and equip team members with the skills to manage challenging interactions.
• Performance & Data Reporting: Track Baleen metrics and account KPIs, identify top/bottom performers, and deliver transparent performance reports to the Operations Manager.
• Continuous Improvement: Brainstorm with management to analyze performance trends, resolve floor issues, design agent incentive programs, and translate account targets into actionable team plans.
• Training & Policy Updates: Coordinate recurrent training sessions to ensure the team stays up to date on client policy and procedural changes.

Requirements:

• Must have prior experience in Content Moderation.
• C1 Advanced English Proficiency is a MUST (strong verbal and written communication skills).
• Proven track record as a Team Leader / Supervisor in a call center or BPO environment.
• Strong background in performance management, data analysis, and agent coaching.
• Excellent problem-solving, administrative, and team-building skills.
