Operations Team Manager

Spartan Bowl is looking for a dependable, hardworking Operations Team Member to join our team! This is an all-around position for someone who enjoys staying busy, working with people, and jumping in wherever help is needed. Our Operations Team Members may work across multiple areas of the bowling center, including the front desk, bowling lanes, kitchen, bar, events, and general cleaning and maintenance. No two shifts are necessarily the same!

Responsibilities - Provide friendly and helpful customer service to bowlers and guests Check guests in, handle lane assignments, and assist with bowling equipment. Help keep bowling lanes and common areas clean, organized, and ready for guests . Assist with setting up and cleaning up birthday parties, leagues, tournaments, and special events. Help in the kitchen with food preparation, serving, dishes, and cleaning as needed. Assist with bar duties when properly trained and legally permitted. Take food and drink orders. Restock supplies throughout the building.Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Assist with opening and closing duties. Help troubleshoot basic guest or equipment issues and notify management when necessary. Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and health regulations. Work as part of a team and step into different departments when needed.Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Must be 21 or older!

Schedule-

We are looking for team members who can work a flexible schedule, including: Evenings Fridays and Saturdays. Sundays, Holidays and special events. Additional hours during busy seasons or events. Hours will vary based on availability, business needs, and scheduled events.
