Built on generations of expertise, we're known for quality, innovation and sustainability, helping our customers bring their vision to life and create places that work today and last for generations. Together, we're building tomorrow's world.

We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Operations Team Member to join our well-established team in Burton-on-Trent.

You'll also support the wider team with general site upkeep, including housekeeping, cleaning, painting, and other maintenance tasks to help maintain a safe and efficient working environment.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a skilled and supportive team, learn industry-leading manufacturing processes, and contribute to the production of quality products while putting health and safety at the heart of everything you do.

What are the mission-critical skills?

  • Experience operating semi-automated machinery or robotic equipment (desirable)
  • Basic computer skills (preferred but not essential)
  • A current accredited FLT licence (preferred but not essential)
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • A strong team-player mentality and positive attitude
  • A commitment to health, safety, and quality standards
  • A willingness to learn and build a long-term career with a successful, industry-leading business

What’s in it for you?

This is a great opportunity to take the next step in progressing your career and joining our industry-leading company! We offer a competitive salary, professional development and benefits.
