On behalf of our globally respected client who develop cutting-edge technologies that deliver clean, safe and competitive solutions to meet the planet's vital power needs we are looking for a Operations Team Members for a 12 month contract based in Rotherham.

As a Operations Team Member you will be:

• Following technical instructions
• Operating high-tech robotic machinery
• Crafting patterns in wax ready for casting
• Measuring and checking blades to ensure they reach our clients high standards
• Gathering data using digital apps
• Contributing to production plans
• Help your team find ways to improve processes

There’s a lot of attention to detail involved, but there’s also plenty of variety in what you do each day and a great sense of achievement at the end of it.

What we require from the candidate:

• Able to follow set processes and detailed instructions
• Will support colleagues and work well moving from team to team
• Always looking for ways to improve
• Takes pride in producing good work
• Reliable, adaptable and safety conscious
• Good manual dexterity
• Comfortable working a mix of day and night shifts.
