Since 1962, Tunnell Companies, L.P. has been a cornerstone of real estate management in Long Neck, Delaware, overseeing six Pot-Nets communities and Baywood Greens Golf Course. Were looking for a hands-on Operations Technician to keep our properties running smoothly. Reporting to the Operations Manager, youll tackle maintenance and repairs across our facilities, marinas, and utility systems. This full-time role (MondayFriday, 6:00 AM2:30 PM, with overtime and on-call duties) demands physical stamina, technical skills, and a safety-first mindset.

What Youll Do:

• Maintain and repair buildings, marinas, water/sewer systems, and offsite assets.
• Perform manual labor, operate equipment, and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure tools, vehicles, and work areas stay clean and functional.
• Respond to emergencies within 30 minutes during on-call shifts.

What You Bring:

• Ability to lift 100 lbs, work in tough weather, and handle tools/equipment.
• Basic plumbing, electrical, or carpentry experience (preferred).
• Quick learner, safety-conscious, and able to follow English instructions.
• High school diploma a plus.
