Operations / Traffic Planner

Compliance & Licensing

• Coordinate and manage the renewal of Malaysia/Singapore road tax, Vehicle Entry Permits (VEP), and other required licenses
• Liaise with runners and relevant government authorities to ensure timely processing of permits and documentation

Operations Management

• Plan, monitor, and execute daily import/export delivery and collection orders, resolving issues as they arise
• Manage daily operational matters including delivery issues, toll matters, and levy-related concerns
• Issue and manage operational and sales orders within company systems

Fleet & Driver Management

• Plan and manage drivers' daily schedules and workload
• Arrange periodic vehicle inspections, servicing, and repairs with workshops
• Ensure overall fleet readiness and road worthiness at all times

Administrative Support

• Liaise with runners on documentation and permit-related tasks
• Check, verify, and calculate drivers' salaries accurately
