Operations Trainee (PT Internship, Sep - Dec 2026)

Job Title: Operations Trainee – Wealth Management Office

Internship Period: September - December 2026

Job Scope:

• Assist in account opening processes and manage offline transaction forms;
• Assist in product setup and conduct product due diligence;
• Manage document scanning, filing, and organization;
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned;

Requirements:

• Currently in Year 3 or above pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline;
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy and caution;
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment;
• Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
