TRAINING SPECIALIST

Location: Ortigas, Pasig City

Are you passionate about training, employee development, and improving workplace performance? Join our team as a Training Specialist!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver training programs for assigned operational units, including new-hire onboarding, skills enhancement, and other training programs.
• Conduct knowledge-transfer sessions covering operations, products, systems, marketing activities, policies, and system processes.
• Assist in developing and improving learning courses based on market research, industry best practices, and current frontline work practices.
• Identify performance challenges and skill gaps, and recommend and implement effective training solutions.
• Handle other training-related tasks and projects assigned by management, including business and customer research, translation, and other ad hoc activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• With 1–2 years of experience in Training or Learning & Development, particularly in training design and facilitation.
• Strong logical thinking and ability to learn and understand new knowledge and business operations quickly.
• Excellent communication and writing skills with a willingness to share knowledge.
• Conversational English proficiency is required.
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City and follow training schedules aligned with business operations.
• Experience in the financial services or fintech industry is an advantage.
