Operations Training Specialist (F&B)

The Operations Training Specialist will be under the Operations Department and will work closely with the Operations Manager in ensuring that all branches have properly trained, competent, and service-ready employees.

The role will focus on establishing and implementing a more structured training, competency, revalidation, and service audit system across the organization. This includes onboarding new employees, validating employees before regularization, conducting regular revalidation, identifying operational and service gaps, and supporting new store openings and operational rollouts.

The Training Specialist will work closely with Operations, Research and Development, Supervisors, Food Safety, HR, and other support teams to make sure that training is not only conducted but also properly applied and sustained in actual store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement F&B training and onboarding programs.
• Conduct hands-on training, assessments, and revalidation.
• Conduct branch service audits and recommend corrective training.
• Train employees on SOPs, standards, products, and processes.
• Support food safety, quality, and leadership training.
• Support new store openings and product rollouts.
• Monitor training effectiveness and competency gaps.
• Maintain training records and reports.
• Coordinate training needs with Operations, HR, and branch teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years’ experience in F&B operations or training.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Experienced in hands-on training and assessments.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to travel between branches.
