Operations Training Specialist (Retail)

Job Responsibilities：

• Conduct training and coaching for Area Manager Trainees (AMTs) to strengthen their skills in store auditing, operational management and problem-solving.
• Conduct store visits to evaluate AMTs’ learning progress and ensure that the knowledge and skills acquired are effectively applied in actual store operations.
• Provide on-site guidance and feedback to help AMTs develop stronger operational thinking and store management capabilities.
• Assist in developing and delivering training related to store operations and management based on business needs.
• Support the planning and execution of brand activities and other business-related projects.
• Work closely with the market team to identify operational gaps and follow up on improvement plans.
• Develop work plans and carry out assigned projects according to business requirements.
• Required to travel outstation frequently and conduct on-site training and support at store locations as needed.

Job Requirements：

• At least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.

• Candidates with working experience in F&B, retail or other chain-store businesses are preferred.

• Experience in store operations, area management, store auditing, training or coaching will be an added advantage.

• Strong understanding of store operations with good problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive and proactive mindset.

• Able to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced working environment.

• Willing to travel frequently and work on-site at different store locations.
