Operations Training Support Assistant

We're looking for an Operations Training & Support Assistant who combines real operations experience with the ability to teach it to others. This role owns the delivery of operations training across branches — from facilitating sessions and coaching frontline teams to making sure SOPs are actually implemented and followed through on the floor. You'll work closely with Operations and HR to plan training, support store performance, and help close the gap between "how it's written in the manual" and "how it's done in the branch."

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and deliver operations training sessions (classroom, OJT, and other formats) for employees at different levels, from new hires to team leaders
• Train teams on the correct implementation of company operating manuals and SOPs
• Coach, mentor, and guide branch staff and team leaders to reinforce training on the job
• Develop, coordinate, and manage training schedules and training plans across branches
• Identify training needs based on operational performance, store visits, and feedback
• Provide hands-on operational support to branches, following through to make sure training translates into consistent execution
• Monitor how training and SOP compliance affect operational performance, including basic P&L impact (cost, waste, productivity, service standards)
• Prepare training and performance reports, and recommend improvements to training content and delivery
• Partner with Operations and HR teams to align training priorities with business needs

Qualifications/Requirements:

• At least 1–2 years of hands-on operations experience in retail, food service, or a similar environment
• Prior experience training, coaching, or supervising a team (e.g., as a Team Leader, Team Captain, Shift Supervisor, or Trainer)
• Comfortable speaking in front of groups and facilitating training sessions, not just preparing materials
• Working understanding of how store-level operations affect profitability (sales, cost, shrinkage, labor)
• Graduate of any 2-year or 4-year course

Preferred Skills/Competencies:

• Experience developing training plans or schedules, not just executing ones handed to you
• Confident public speaking and presentation skills
• Strong coaching and people-development instincts — able to give feedback that changes behavior on the floor
• Organized, with good reporting and follow-through habits
• Computer literacy (MS Office / Google Sheets)
• Willingness to travel to branches as needed
