Operations Transformation & Network Coordinator

What can you expect?

This 12-month international assignment combines operational responsibilities with a structured

knowledge transfer programme. The primary objective is to ensure business continuity, document critical

processes, and transfer operational expertise to colleagues in Europe to enable a sustainable transition

after completion of the assignment.

Operational Responsibilities

• Coordinating service delivery, network activities and international business processes between
• Switzerland, Lisbon, India and global network partners.
• Reviewing and coordinating accounting-related inquiries with operational teams and Finance &
• Controlling colleagues in India.
• Supporting global insurance programmes, policy renewals and international client requirements.
• Managing client, policy and financial data, including booking of premiums, commissions and fees.
• Managing document quality, compliance requirements and Excellence Review activities.
• Participating in process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Knowledge Transfer & Transition Deliverables
• Develop and maintain process documentation for critical operational activities.
• Create standard operating procedures, work instructions and training materials.
• Train, coach and support colleagues taking over operational responsibilities.
• Drive structured knowledge transfer and monitor progress against agreed objectives.
• Gradually transition responsibilities to the receiving team throughout the assignment.
• Contribute to reducing key-person dependency and ensuring long-term operational sustainability.

What do you bring?

• Fluent German and English (mandatory)
• Insurance, insurance broking or business operations experience
• Commercial background and/or insurance qualifications
• Strong service orientation and customer focus
• Experience in onboarding, training and supporting colleagues
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with international stakeholders
• Ability to coordinate activities across countries, teams and time zones
• Structured, reliable and detail-oriented working style
• Good Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Open-minded, proactive and collaborative personality
