Operations – Workforce Coordination Internship in Bangalore

We are looking for organised and proactive interns to support workforce planning and vendor coordination for Talview’s proctoring operations. You will coordinate resource requirements, interviews, onboarding, and daily workforce reporting.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Gather hiring and daily staffing requirements from internal teams.
• Share requirements with vendors and follow up on candidate availability.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate selection updates to vendors.
• Coordinate with trainers to arrange onboarding for selected candidates.
• Collect and track onboarding documents, following up on pending submissions.
• Coordinate replacements with vendors when resources need to be backfilled.
• Maintain accurate records of daily resource utilisation.
• Prepare daily usage reports and validate monthly reports with vendors.
