Operations/Business Manager

The Operations Manager is responsible for the end-to-end day-to-day running of the business. Reporting directly to the business owner, this is a senior leadership role for someone who wants genuine autonomy and accountability. You will lead a team of 15+ people across assembly, warehousing, and administration, and you will be the primary relationship manager for our dealer network.

This is a succession role — the business owner is stepping back from operational responsibilities, and the successful candidate will progressively take over the full running of the company.
