Operations/Pool Manager - Semarang

• Oversee and manage daily taxi operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and reliable service delivery.
• Develop and implement operational strategies and SOPs to improve fleet utilization, driver productivity, service quality, and operational efficiency.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with Fleet Partners and Driver Partners, including onboarding, engagement, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Monitor daily taxi operations, including vehicle availability, driver availability, trip performance, utilization, and operational coverage.
• Set, monitor, and evaluate key operational KPIs such as fleet utilization, driver productivity, trip completion rate, service quality, cancellation rate, and vehicle availability.
• Identify operational issues and provide timely and practical solutions to minimize service disruption.
• Handle escalations related to drivers, fleet partners, vehicles, customers, and day-to-day operational activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Fleet, Driver Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Legal, and Business Development to ensure smooth operational execution.
• Develop and maintain effective communication and engagement with Driver Partners and Fleet Partners to ensure alignment with company policies and operational targets.
• Conduct regular partner and driver performance reviews and develop corrective or improvement plans when necessary.
• Support driver and fleet partner acquisition by identifying potential partners and ensuring they meet operational requirements.
• Monitor driver compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, service standards, and operational policies.
• Coordinate with the fleet team regarding vehicle maintenance, vehicle readiness, documentation, and operational availability.
• Analyze operational data and identify opportunities to improve productivity, utilization, service quality, and cost efficiency.
• Prepare regular operational reports, KPI analysis, and improvement plans for management.
• Lead, coach, and supervise the operations team to ensure daily operational targets are achieved.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve the driver experience, customer experience, and overall taxi operational performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in taxi, transportation, fleet, mobility, or related operations.
• Proven experience in managing Fleet Partners and/or Driver Partners.
• Strong understanding of taxi operations, fleet management, driver operations, and partner management.
• Experienced in managing operational teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
• Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment and handle operational escalations effectively.
• High ownership and strong ability to drive operational improvements.
