  • Supporting daily production by leading the resolution of quality issues and non-conformances through structured problem solving and corrective actions.

  • Developing, maintaining, and improving quality gates and quality control processes to prevent defects and improve quality.

Qualifications for the Role

  • BSc or MSc level degree from a relevant technical field

  • Experience in quality control, assurance, or continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment

  • Ability to develop and execute test protocols and analyze quality data

  • Knowledge of process capability, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action methodologies

  • Excellent communication and training skills; ability to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement

  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to evaluate issues from multiple stakeholder perspectives in a proactive, detail-oriented manner

  • Fluency in Finnish and good English skills, both written and spoken
